#5. Buxton in England and Braemar in Scotland are the coldest places. I've been to both and can believe it. Never been to Rickmansworth though...

An umbrella and a scarf. Even if it's not snowing it's still cold. You'll probably need both. Or, buy them in London and keep them as reminders of your trip.
