Hello.
Going to London in June.
I wonder if anyone knows if there is a store with Women clothes in bigger sizes.
Would be happy for ideas and address.

Thank you.

The famous one is Evans (www.evans.co.uk) who certainly have shops in london – check the website for locations. There's also a womens' undies retailer called Bravissimo who specialise in making really nice bras, tops, vests etc for ladies with big boobs! There's one in Covent Garden. Happy shopping

It depends how big you want. M&S normal range goes up to UK size 20 but they also have a "Plus" range...

Hennes do a bigger range as well, they go up to 20 I think. All the High Street stores tend to do up to 18 apart from TopShop...

Monsoon and Dorothy Perkins also go up to quite big sizes (not sure how big but at least 20).

Hi There,
Dawn French, who is a top comedienne here, is the same sort of size as a comedienne I saw in Stockholm(I think she came from a small island) Anyway, she has opened a shop with a friend containing clothes for larger women, as she could never find any she liked: I am sorry I can't remember the name but maybe someone else can. There is also what looks like an interesting one, with draped clothes in one of the small courts just off Mortimer St W1 & in St Christopher's Place off Oxford Street. If you are tall, you should definitely check out Long Tall Sally in Chiltern Street which specialises in shoes & clothes for the taller woman. This street is worth visiting anyway as it has lots of other specialist shops. Finally, many of the suburbs have non-chain extra size shops- I know there is one each in Richmond & Esher, for example.

Evans for high street
Marina Rinaldi is an Italian brand - search for stockists in London - that does upmarket clothes

Failing that, check mid-range shops like Wallis that cater for older women and should do larger sizes. There is also of course Marks and Spencer.

Ann Harvey, 266 Oxford Street & branches - better quality than Evans, (IMO) and "dressier"

High street shops which go up to size 20/22 (euro 48/50) are Next, Dorothy Perkins, MS, Debenhams, Etam (all aimed at slightly older people)
You can get size 18 (46) in New Look, H+M, Primark, Oasis, Warehouse (I think), Mango, Zara, French Connection, Gap
No point even looking in TopShop or Miss Selfridge.

New Look, Etam and H+M have special "fat" ranges in some stores, although in H
M it is entirely ugly baggy clothes.
Specialist shops are Evans, Ann Harvey (yuk clothes though) - they both go up to at least UK size 30 I think.
