I've got a quick question for you! I'll be traveling around the UK for about month, with a week thats going to be spent in London. However, after London I'd really like to visit Bath. So I'm just wondering how many days I should spend in Bath all together?

Bath is a one or two day kind of thing unless you want to use it for wider visiting. It is a good base for going to Glastonbury, Stonehenge, Avebury and Bristol (for example).
If you are just doing Bath aim for two nights and 48 hours. The Thermae Bath spa is fun and the other attractions in the city are okay but that all depends on your interests.
Hi, markfawkner! Ok, that's kind of what I was thinking for as far as days, because my main interest is the Roman baths. I would like to see Stonehenge also though. Thanks for the input!
Ditto mark - two days should be fine (but you can spend a day just shopping!) As well as the obvious attractions, there are lovely walks on the outskirts of the city too. If you want to use the thermal baths, be sure to book in advance as in peak season they get full very quickly. There are excellent art galleries too, if you're son inclined!

I agree that Bath is a good place tobase oneself but public transport aint great around here and it would be wise to find a daytrip to cover Stonehenge, Avebury Glastonbury or Winchester. If you find decent accommodation then use it as base for Exeter and Bristol depending on your onward itinerary.
If you're looking for things to do, the ancient village of Lacock is nearby. Well worth a visit.

Grahamapoole: If I do decide to take a day tour, do you have any suggestions on a company to go through? I've looked at some of the day trips before, I just wasn't sure which to take. There are half day tours to Stonehenge & Lacock. Or there are full day tours to Stonehenge, Avebury, Lacock, and Castle Combe.
tunguruhua: It does look like a fun town to check out! Hopefully I get a chance to swing through there!
If you feel like splashing out on afternoon tea after your thermal bath experience, try tea at the Royal Crescent Hotel - a superb example of a Georgian Crescent with fab views over the city. It won't be cheap, but everything is home made and delicious from the huge sanfwiches to delicate biscuits - best tea I've ever had.

Ther'll be a ton of info at the information centre and you wont need to book too far in advance for just one person.

I think I'm right in saying you can get to Lacock by bus in around 30 minutes.
