Hostels in central London.

Just in the planning stages for a trip to London in July/15. Shocked to find most hostels booked. Is this normal? Any tips appreciated.

If by July/15 you mean July 2015, not July the 15th this year, most hostels are highly unlikely to have bothered to release their rooms so far in advance.

As mentioned above, for 2015 you're trying to book too far ahead.

Thanks. I was hoping that this would be the case. July this year seems to be totally booked, so I tried the following year. I will contact the hostels directly.
