Can I buy an Oyster Card in Heathrow terminal 4 or terminal 4 tube station? Any help and info much appreciated.

If memory serves, T4 tube station has a tkt office. So yes.

If not get on the Heathrow Express free to Heathrow Central and use the booking office there. Or bus to T5.
