Does anyone know where I can buy boat shoes in London

For years I have bought them at Beals in Shaftsbury Avenue but they have not stocked them since last year. They were very cheap under £10 and hardwearing.

I bought a pair about three weeks ago on a shoe stall in High Street, Walthamstow Central, for a fiver... leather uppers and all: couldn't believe my luck! So comfortable to wear. Colours available were blue and a white-beige.
