I was wondering how long it would take to walk from Beachy Head to Seven Sisters? Could we do this in a day, taking in the views along the way? Alternately if we can't complete the walk in one day, what would be the best way to get the most out of visiting this area in one day? We will have a car and be driving from Rye.

One of the great South East English walks and with decent return public transport for a linear route to return you to the start. Yes I would consider it a day's walk but it will depend on what you are used to. There is more hill climbing than you may think! Also weather on the day will be a factor.

Many thanks for the helpful links!

I notice both links recommend walking from Seaford to Eastbourne rather than the other direction. Is there a reason for this? Is it also feasible to park at Beachy Head and walk to Seven Sisters or Seaford and return to Beachy Head by by bus 13X?
