My friend and I will be going to York in end of this month. intend to stay in dorm, any recommendation which hostel to stay in York? Also, may I know normally how to keep camera when staying in dorm? do they normally provide a locker? Thanks!

belancan13, you might have a look at This Hostel in York. I stayed there on my last trip, and had a great time. From what I recall, a full buffet breakfast was provided in the cost of the room, and lunches or dinners could be pre-arranged.
There were Lockers in the Dorm room I was assigned, so I'm assuming that every room has Lockers available? Of course you'll have to supply your own Padlock (be sure to use a good quality Padlock). I believe they sold Padlocks at the front desk, but I'm not sure how robust they are?
