kayaking/fishing trip advice

hello sweden....2 friends and I are looking for a 2/3 day fishing and kayaking trip, taking in the amazing lakes and scenery...stopping off cooking our catch, lighting a fire and either camping or staying in a lakeside cabin...we're looking for back-to-basics adventure for a few days and then a night of comfort in a city then home....

any help would be greatly appreciated, travelling Aug 26th-31st...other suggestions welcome

If canoing instead of kayak it can be done at 100s of places all over Sweden (although 2/3 dasy is very short).

Go to http://www.visitsweden.com/sweden/ Attractions, Ourdoor Activities and you get a selections of those offering it.
If it wasn't for such short time I would simply drive to a region with many lakes and ask in the local tourist office in some town - they will have lots of local options.
