Oslo-Fourth of July

I am trying to figure out a weeks worth of activities to do in Olso and have a lot of suggestions, however I will also be there over the Fourth of July. As I would like to celebrate Independence Day, can any one suggest some bars or areas of Oslo to try for the 4th of July to meet up with some ex-pats and celebrate?

There's a big celebration in Frognerparken in Oslo every year on the closest Sunday to the 4th. So this year it's celebrated on the 3rd.
