Norway in a Nutshell weekend

Hi there, I'm planning on doing the Norway in a Nutshell tour on Saturday the 19th of May going from Oslo to Bergen. The schedule says the tour arrives in Bergen at 20:34 on Saturday night. I then need to catch a flight from Oslo Rygge that departs at 21:50 the next day (Sunday).

Rather than just take the train directly back to Oslo from Bergen on Sunday, I was wondering if there was any way that I could possibly get to either Preikestolen, or Trolltunga (or some other equally impressive looking places??) on the way back? Maybe I would need to take a bus from Bergen to Stavanger on the Saturday night?
