Horse riding tours for kids

Hello,
does anyone know if there are any horse riding tours in Iceland that would allow a 5-6 year old?

There is a 5 minute ride in the Husdyragardur (petting zoo in Reykjavik) but it's winterprogram starts at August 24th and I don't know if the horsebackriding is still open then.
