I'm gonna spend one week in Denmark in August with my girlfriend. I'll land at Billund airport on wednesday 16/08 in the morning and I'll leave from Copenaghen airport on wednesday 23/08 in the evening. I need some advices to organize the trip. I think we will move across the country using trains. This is something like our plan where to stay at night
3 night in arhus
2 night to decide
2 night in Copenhaghen
I'd like to receive some advices about where to spend the fourth and the fifth night and some advices on daytrip from Arhus and Copenhagen.

It is good that you want to see other things but Copenhagen. I would strongly suggest to see some of countryside- small town Denmark, but 6 full days is VERY little. And arriving in Billund and travelling by train and having first stop in Aarhus is not optimal.
Unfortunately I would normally suggest 2-3 full days in Copenhagen + the 3 daytours from Copenhagen that "everyone do" so that does not fit. I wonder why you have chosen 2,5-3 days in Aarhus. Yes moesgaard and the "old town" are nice if interested in history, but else?
Since there are stuff for weeks to suggest ( but some VERY ttimeconsuming to visit without a car) you better study www.visitdenmark.dk for inspiration and give some info on your interests

The usual daytrips from Copenhagen are Roskilde, Hillerød, Helsingør ( could be a 2 day trip) and Malmö.
A typical daytrips from Aarhus could be Ebeltoft and Silkeborg ( bus. Better than train for both, but why not stay overnight as part of onward trip?)

What optimal itinerary would u suggest starting from Billund and finishing in Copenhaghen?

Sorry not knowing your age, interests, budget but knowing that you have next to no time, this is not possible. You have to do your homework.
Taking train there are not much to chose, but the stops.
