I need a favour. Can anyone tell me how to get a shared room/flat in Södermanland area and Nyköpling town ? It should be 3500-4000 SEK (450 Euros) per month rent. It would be good if its a shared room/flat in home. It doesnt matter to reside with male or female. The thing is dont wana to live alone. It should have shared kitchen & shared toilet. Not to share rooms. The room/flat would not be so much luxurious, just ordinary one.

If you have any useful web links or sources, plz let me know! your answers will be highly appreciated. Gracious folks!

Thanks

Hi and welcome to Thorntree

You are not saying for how long you want to stay and for what purpose. If it's for studying, you should contact your university/school and hear them out. Swedish universities can often provide some assistance to students in search of housing. If it's for work, you should contact your employer.

Nyköping is quite a small town and I don't imagine there is really a ready market for shared accommodation. You would probably have to team up with someone and then try to find an apartment to rent.

The Södermanland province covers a large area. If you stay outside the towns public transport options may be very limited and you would in practice need a car to be able to get anywhere.

Given your nick and picture you might want to check out Södertälje which is a larger town and closer to Stockholm. Södertälje is known for having a substantial Middle Eastern immigrant community.

Oh yeah sorry, I totally forgot about that. Its about a job holder and want a shared apartment for at least 2 years. The things is it has to be near the airport and something like that

In my view the best alternative would be to contact the employer (would that be Skavsta airport?) and ask them to help you set up something temporary, during which time you could hunt for more permanent accommodation.

Since Nyköping isn't a university town probably you won't find a real market for shared flats. However people who have large houses might be willing to rent rooms. It might be difficult to find such people over the internet. You would likely have to be in the town to ask around.
