Where would I get the best deal on either red or white wine glasses in the Glasriket region? Or perhaps there are other places, like in Stockholm, to buy these products?

For stylish glass (2nd class - still ostly) the factory outlet at Orrefors is probbaly the best. Same group has glassworks and factory outlets at Kosta and Åfors.
Nothing wrong with all the other glassworks, but many produces more "rustic" and very colorfull items.
But why not look up the "bruks" homepages. there will often be a presentation of the style.
The actual products can of course be brought in any store in any town that sell this types of thing (cutlery, dihes etc.) incl. department stores - no problem to find, but in general the price is the same all over.
If in Copenhagen (as your other post mentions) visit "Illums Bolighus" and maybe this place http://www.fritzsche.dk/Fglas.html which has an amazing selection of glass, mostly from Scandinavia.

I thought it's often more expensive in the capitals (at least in some shops with a central location)?
In Stockholm the major department stores anyway are Ahléns, PUB and NK, the latter nowadays consists of smaller intependent shops. To find more shops the main street of Old Town (name of street : Västerlånggatan) or adjacent streets (eg Österlånggatan, which is less touristy) have a lot of them, and some along Drottninggatan (main pedestrian street, further north in the city centre).
Some designer shops eg at Sergels Torg (Culture House) and along Götgatan too may sell glassware from Glasriket. At Hamngatan's House of Sweden (with the tourist office) I think there's also a shop of some sort with a selection of handicraft and glass (and souvenirs). It's opposite the NK.
I'm not sure about factory prices. I thought they were a bit cheaper? Perhaps anyway they sell also some stuff with minor deficiencies and those should cost less.
If so, please note that is called "2:a (or: Andra) sortering" ("2nd assortment") in Swedish and means there may be some scratches etc.
What is stylish or not is, naturally, a matter of taste? If they never changed their produce according to what people want so buy, people would probably buy more from antiques shops and less newly produced glassware.
