Flea Markets in Stockholm - used to be but not much now.
If you're interested in old stuff, you can visit so called "auctions" (auktioner), There is one permament in Sundbyberg at Storgatan, and several weekend auctions at various places (advertised in newspapers). You can find there all kinds of stuff, from old junk that you'd find at flea market, to expensive antique forniture.

The free IKEA bus still runs, on weekdays only.
