for q one... the train from the airport is a different company, so no problem to exit. if you have two hours i would store the luggage in a box at the central station, and see the opera house. its quite nice, and only two minutes from oslo s :)

No, the train from the airport will also be NSB if you have bought a ticket with them. It will not be with the faster but more expensive Flytoget.
