Is it worth to step out of the train heading from Oslo to Bergen and enjoy spectacular flamsbana between Myrdal and Flam even if it would be last week of march? is there still lot of snow or what do you think, is it worth to go, or better continue and enjoy more time in Bergen?

There will still be snow at Myrdal and possibly also Flåm, but this is unlikely to present any practical problems, so no need to worry.
As for your question of whether it's "worth it", the answer, as ever, is that it depends on a number of factors. How much time have you got? What's your budget? How high does Flåmsbana rank on your list compared to other things you want to see and do while in Norway? Me, I don't think I'd bother doing this in March, but I live in Bergen and can go anytime I want. You may not have another chance to do so in the foreseeable future.
