Allright I know this topic is kind of general but I need ideas:

I really want to go on a walking vacation in Norway with my dog but I have very limited cash. I don't want to do any expensive trails or nature parks but just need to find a small basic cabin for me and my dog with a supermarket nearby and located in a large forestry environment, pine trees, beautifull lakes and green or snowy hilltops that can entertain us with sufficient daywalks for a week.

Also I need to get there as cheap as possible from Holland. I'm hoping to catch some shared ride on the way over but will still need cheap public transport on the way back (with a dog).

Max 50 euro a day for the hut/cabin, I hope people have some ideas. If not perhaps better to hit Sweden or Finland?

50 €/day is not much. Usually you would have to book a whole week, too. Don't know about Norway, but to get an idea of the prices in Finland, check out http://www.lomarengas.fi/cottage-search

There are shared cabins in the mountains, these are very cheap. However you only get a bunk bed and very few allow dogs. The ones in southern Norway have food, maids etc. The ones in northern Norway are very basic and you must carry your own food. They are usually located a days walk from any roads, supermarkets etc.
I recommend hitch hiking, couch surfing and wild camping in Norway. You can camp wherever you go, it's safe to hitch hike and camp here. Just be sure to bring some warm clothing, a good tent, a warm sleeping bag, thick sleeping mat and a stove.

However if want a private cabin I don't know if your budget is enough.
My suggestion is better for a younger traveler I suppose.

Also remember that bringing a dog to Sweden or Norway involves a rabies vaccination schedule (including drawing blood samples) that needs 4-6 months to complete. If your dog has not received any rabies vaccination as of yet, you can't bring it to Scandinavia until August (at the very earliest).
