One of my favorite things to do in Turkey is get a hair cut and shave, but usually I do this in southern Turkey but my upcoming trip I will only be in Istanbul. Does anyone have any sugestions of good places to go?
For general info;

And if you´re not flying from UK try www.momondo.com for cheap flights in Europe.
I heard the photo equipment is cheap in Prague. Anyone know where a good place to get tripods, film and stuff? Thanks!
Hi,
I am arriving at Izmir airport at midnight. Is there any bus/train connection to the city center at that time or do I need to take a cab?
Thanks a lot in advance!
Hi,
can someone please instruct me on where I can see the whirling dervishes in Konya, how frequently the shows take place and what approximately the cost/tickets might be?
Thanks a lot in advance!
i read a news about a fire in kadirs tree houses in olympos. according to the news, %90 percent of the houses fired. luckily, noone injured or killed. the fire stemmed from electric contact... the owners says that they will have re-built the place by summer.
i visited this place 2 yrs ago and loved it. and i am sure that it will be better when its re-built.
This is a bit cheeky but I'm wondering what's the best Travel Guide for the Baltic states,
LP, Rough Guide or some other?
The reviews of the LP are not very glowing citing lots of inaccurate info.
Thanks
Hi all,
we will visit Budapest for one night with eight people at the end of March for a bachelor's party. :-)
Does anyone have good recommodations for a place to stay (up to 25€ p.p.) and some places to go for nightlife? Are there any central places in Budapest with lots of bars and clubs?
Furthermore we might have to go to one strip club later on. :-O Would there be a place with normal bars and clubs AND some strip clubs?
Thanks a lot for your help!
Lars
Can anybody recommend a goud tour guide for Albania who is reliable and speaks decent English and of course Albanian?
I was wondering how tourists have found driving in Turkey. Having read the LP guide, driving sounds quite hazardous. We will be in Turkey during Sept and Oct and have thought of hiring a car while down along the Mediterranean coast, so any experiences from fellow travellers would be appreciated. Many thanks in advance.
