Can some one clarify the following:

  1. Does a Ukrainian citizen need a visa to enter Romania?

  2. How much travelling time (in hours) required for travelling from Izmail to Galati and can one get to Galati and back to Izmail in a day?

  3. What is the best mode of travel from Izmail to Galati?

  4. Route to be taken by bus/train/boat?
