I suspect that it will depend upon the particular train that you take and the class of service, not just the type of care.
#1 from Moscow to Kyiv costs 2673.1 rubles which is about 90 USD
#3 from Moscow to Kyiv costs 3050.8 rubles which is about 105 USD*
#5 from Moscow to Kyiv costs 3050.8 rubles which is about 105 USD*
#23 from Moscow to Kyiv costs 1916.4 rubles which is about 65 USD
- these may include meals and other services, I didn't check the class of service, only the type of wagon.
