Wednesday closed for sure.
I live in Sevastopol and come at Livadia minimal 5 times a month.
HOWEVER! At special occasions the livadia Palace may be closed also.
Like govnement meetings and so on.
Always a surprice to us as well because it is not communicated in advance.
