If You would like to rent an apartment in center, You will be expected to pay around 70 Usd per night - certainly in case You want to rent apartment of good quality with all conveniences.In center on may see a lot of advertisement with phone numbers etc. If You are lucky to find good company - You will receive good service too: cleaning, driver service, interpreter's service etc. Good luck to You.

We were in Kiev in July, and we rented an apartment through Teren Plus agency for about 400 Hrivna/night. It was basic, but clean and very central. The agent was very helpful, too. They have a website, and I'm sure they'll help you find something if you drop them a line.
