We are traveling through Ukraine in our truck/camper and have read on the AA website that Ukraine have a system that means an eco tax is payable at the border with the amount based on
engine size/cc.
Does anyone know more about this please? How much , if there is a maximum fee and if its payable on both entrys,(at Western border and Eastern border). Sounds as though it could be expensive
