Hi there,
i would be arriving in istanbul (Sabiha airport) late (something like midnight ) in august and as i already read it seems like i should pick up some taxi but as it was mentioned it's pretty too much to do that so anyone knows any decent hotel close by the airport (in the asian side) as to be located in kadikoy or in the other close areas!?
or if anyone had come to find a way to be in the city center (off course not by taxi) then please tell me :)
best regards,

Most posts asnwering this question agree that it's either take a cab, or wait till the first Havas Bus. I doubt you'll find any decent accom at midnight on the Asian side.

there are busses for city center from sabiha gokcen, it would cost you much much less than taxi. and around taksim square (where the bus will take you= you can find many hotels.

They have established a Havas Bus service to Taksim for the summer season for arriving/departing flights of Easyjet, Germanwings and the like. A single fare is about 10YTL and it is the cheapest option you have.

btw, the busses to Sabiha Gökcen airport depart from opposite the bus stop that serves Atatürk Airport at Taksim.
