If you're on such a tight schedule, you probably wouldn't get much out of it anyway. You are in Turkey, and these tours do not run to the precision of the Swiss Railways. Turks don't run much of anything to a timetable.

There's a boat that runs every hour or so to Butterfly Valley from Oludeniz Beach.
However, as #1 says, if you're on a tight schedule, you're going to be wasting your time going there. You need to spend at least a day there to appreciate the scenery.

to 4: great idea.
dolmus from ölü deniz goes only around 8 o'clock in the morning in direction of faralya/kabak (information from 2006). trip takes 20 min. get off at George's place. make sure that you have good shoes for walking and climbing. the walkway behind the hostel down to the beach is well marked but dangerous - definitely no go with flip-flops and heavy backpack. takes up to 45 min. when you get there at the beach you will find a pension/cafe with tents and a lagoon with loads of boats with daytrippers from ölü deniz. there is a path leading to a waterfall - i have never made it there - and the butterflies - never seen any there. but scenery is breathtaking. you may go back by boat if you manage to sort out a deal with the boatoperators. or you take the evening/afternoon dolmus back to ölü deniz. walking back may take up 2,5 hours - so make sure you are right on time at the main road to hop on the dolmus.
there is a nice beach close to ölü deniz in the nearby of the huge holiday resort lykia world - think the place is called "kabak". nice and relaxed - you pay a little entrance and have a great beach with less people. kaya koyu is a great spot for an afternoon-trip, maybe combined with dinner, as there are a lot of barbecue-restaurants around.
best - eddy
