A question to expericed travelers.
We are 4 persons, arriving to Istanbol in the morning of the 3rd Sep'. Our final destination is Adana. The question is whether to buy flight tickets from fly agency(and therefore it will be expensive) or to take the chance and buy them from the counter in the airport.

I would suggest that you pre-book the flights via the internet. Turning up at the airport is never likely to get you the best price.
E.g. Pegasus Airlines has flights from Sabha Gokcen at 16:55 for 65 TL p.p. ($ 50) one-way. Onur Air is slightly more expensive at 99 TL, but they have the advantage of fliying from Ataturk Airport (departure 6:30 or 14:45).

Don't buy your tickets from an agency. Buy your tickets IN ADVANCE from the airline page on the internet. Adana line is not an usual sell-out one but, you cannot buy cheap ticket at the last minute from the counter anymore. Those days are long gone.

Other than the Pegasus and Onur Air, Turkish Airlines has 10 direct flight to Adana on Sept 3 from Istanbul. ( 8 from Ataturk Airport, 2 from Sabiha Gokcen Airport.)

And do not forget to bring the credit card you use to buy your tickets to Turkey with you. You will be asked to show that credit card at the check-in.
