First Atm's After Crossing From Iran?

Gday all,
Just wondering which town has the first atm's (accepting Visa), after crossing from Iran into Turkey?
Am in Tashkent and need to know whether i have to carry some extra cash for turkey as well as Turkmenistan & Iran

I can't remember whether there was one in Dogubayazit (I was going the other way so didn't need Turkish currency at this point). Loads in Kars if you're going that way.

You could try:
VISA ATM locator

Those sites are usually a bit out of date; if it's listed on there then there is almost definitely an ATM, but not being listed may not mean there isn't one.

Yes, there's at least one in Dogubayazit, near the Hotel Urarto on Dr Ismail Besikçi Cadessi, I think - TC Ziraat Bank.
