Before your departure go to bus station (otogar) of the city/ area and ask around.
There are many bus companies and it is not possible to find timetable for each of them.
Bus system in Turkey is extensive but not as organized as trains.

Metro is a good company but not for short distances like Antalya to Olympos or Olympos to Fethiye.

The intercity bus systems in Turkey is outstanding - lots of choice with bus companies, routes and times, very good buses and very good on-bus service. All towns will have a bus station - in large towns like Ankara and Anatalya they are more like an airport terminal.

The deal usually is when you arrive at a town where you are going to stay for a few days check out timetables for the next leg of your trip and book a ticket if necessary.

The Olympus detour might be a bit tricky as it is about 15 kms (??) off the mian road an you may have to get off the bus and get a local mini bus - other TTs may be able to give you advice.

If you haven't already done so I'd strongly suggest getting the LP guide as it has all this sort of stuff.

You cannot go Olympus by bus,
there are coaches, minibuses at Antalya main bus station
you take one of them. they leave you at main road,
there are other minibuses at that point who can pick you down to Olympos, or you may walk for 1, 1,5 hours down the hill
