has anyone heard of it? is it a secure site?

I haven't heard of it and don't know whether it's a secure site.

If you want to use an agency I'd go for the ones recommended by the Man in seat61:

If you really want to use an agency just use Real Russia as they're the most well known. You don't need an agency to handle your tickets as they can be booked via RZD. If RZD won't accept your CC then use Tutu.ru.

I was very impressed with the service level of Express to Russia ( www.expresstorussia.com ). No complaints whatsoever last year. Planning to go back next Autumn and I am sure I'll get them to fix things for me again.
