train link from Boryspil airport to central train station running yet?

Hi all,

So I've seen a few bits and pieces on the net stating that a train link is planned from Boryspil to central station in time for the Euro cup, is this up and running yet? Is it running late?

No, and doubt it will be running any time soon (at least for a year or so)
