Svaneti by bycicle

Hi,
I am planning cycling tour in Svaneti, Georgia in July/August 2014. I've seen some tips in forums but would appreciate more. The first question is about going by train from Tbilisi to Kutaisi. Are there bycicles allowed on the train? The main plan is cycling from Kutaisi to Lentekhi to Ushguli to Mestia and returning to Kutaisi catching some seaside.
Any advices/ tips/ stories? Prices? Food? Places for wild camping? Warnings?
