Has anybody attempted to use a solar charger (like the Solio) across Russia? From what I can tell on solar charts, it does't seem to get much direct UV, even in summer (compared to say, Australia or the Middle East) - so I'm wondering if you could even get much charge off one.

Has anyone tried?
