Can anybody suggest a good half day walking tour of Prague or one of two or three hours duration?

you could try the Sandemans Free tour , lasts about 3 hours. I have not been on it but have heard it is pretty good, the Guides work for Tips.

I was planning on a walking tour in Prague, until I saw the size of the group. There is no way I'm willing to participate in a tour with 60 plus people. Prague is crowded enough, even in the off season. I can't recommend a good walking tour, my advice is to print directions/instructions for a self guided walking tour and have it handy as a back up.

Just go to Prague, and start walking. ;)

I suggested following walks for my English friend some time ago.
They are quite short, for a couple of hourse at maximum.
Hope you will find them useful.
