We recently visited Prague for our first time and wanted to make the best of our time there so we hired a private tour guide for 2 half day tours of the city. I would highly recommend the following guide service to anyone wishing to have a great and informative experience. Mgr. Katerina (Katka) Svobodova She arranged airport pick up and deliver to our hotel and met us at the hotel as promised the next morning to start our tour with questions about our interest and what was important for us to see. Along with some recommended restaurants where the "locals" eat we felt we were treated with a tour of exceptional value. Highly recommended Jim and Lisa in Sacramento, CA

May I know the name of the restaurant where the " locals" eat? Just out of sheer curiosity... | 3
There are actually restaurants where locals eat as oppose to those where locals would almost never go to, for various reasons. One would definitely be the price, another very important would be the quality of the food. There are, however, many venues even in the center of the city where the locals love to go to, but since its not listed in the LP and Rick Steves, the foreigners almost never discover it. And if they do, they are surprised how little money you can pay for an excellent meal. | 4
