Dubrovnik, yacht?

Hi,
I'm heading to Croatia in early September for about 2 weeks with my boyfriend, and we don't have a solid itinerary at this stage. At the moment thinking of starting in Split and going to a couple of islands (Hvar and another??) to make our way to Dubrovnik. Any suggestions of one or two other must see islands?

From Dubrovnik I'd really like to do a one or two day yacht charter/excursion to perhaps Elaphiti Islands? (or any other suggestions?) I can't seem to find anything on the net that offers this, everything seems to be one week and upwards, and the only ones that do mention it don't show prices or details. Has anyone done this? or know of any companies or websites?

there are many day trips from Split and Dubrovnik to the outlaying islands. You will book direct in the harbour. May include BBQ, buffet on board and softdrinks. Not expensive as it is very popular. Or you go with the ferry on your own as I would propose
