Really simple query, which I can't appear to find answered here on the forums, nor via a Google search.

I am travelling from Moscow > Beijing on the #004 train - NOT getting off the train (other than stretching my legs) - can I get Mongolian Tugrik or Chinese Yuan at various stations, or can I pay in the resturant cart (for instance) with my Russian Rouble stash throughout the entire journey, and change what I have left in Beijing for some Yuan?

For a long time now I've been wanting to see wild Siberian Tigers. Is there anyone who knows more about this? Is it possible to track them in Siberia? Where should I go, who should I contact, what is the best time to do this and how much would it cost? Any information is much appreciated!

Change to Russian visa regs (Russian only)

Most important of note:
functions previously performed by the interior ministry will now be performed by a (new?) federal migration service
+ it will no longer be possible to receive visas in foreign countries (like, say, the Baltic states) if you have not been resident there for 90 days [this will only be possible for certain categories at the discretion of the consulate; "tourist" is not one of the categories]

Hello! Well I come form a Russian background and I am being hinted to go and learn the language, I only can speak a little bit right now. I have seen this Russian in Russia program on this website: http://www.ruslanguage.ru/en/study-programs.htm#flexible

I am going to be going overland from London to Singapore in December and i am slightly confused about getting between Warsaw and St petersburg! Is the quickest option to go through Belarus?
