I'm wondering if it would be less than optimal to plan a trip to Russia during the Victory Day holiday? Will a lot of things be closed and accommodation more expensive since it's a holiday?
Hopefully this is the best place to post this but here's the deal . . planning on traveling to russia to spent a little less than a month end of December. Anyways I got a dwi like two years ago now and when i come to question 33 on the visa application it asks if you've ever been arrested or convicted . . which i clearly have . . but it just asks when and where . . not why . . kinda leaves the question open bigger things . . seems like i would be turned down pretty quick checking that ambiguous…
Is there something that could be considered a used electronics market in Moscow where I might be able to find a charger for an old Motorola cell phone? Would that be Gorbushka or is that newer stuff?

Would anyone happen to know the schedule for the bus from Suzdal to Yaroslavl? I'm pretty sure there are a couple direct buses/day but I'm not sure when or if they go every day.
Cheers.

Hi guys!
I'm plannig a trip which includes travelling through the transiberian railway and then continue my trip through China. I wanted to ask you how is it to pass the border from Vladivostok into China. I wanto to pass this border in order to get to Harbin! Is there any difficulties by passing this border (assuming I already have visas in both countries)? What's the best way to pass this border and to arrive at Harbin?
Thanks in advance!
