Question about Russia's 3 day visa free rule - I know that its allowed to take a roundtrip ferry from Helsinki (stay under 72 hours), visa free.
However, can we do Tallinin -> StPetersburg (stay under 72 hours) -> Helsinki? All by ferry with same company (St Peters ferry)? Has anyone successfully done this?

The reason for my visit is, I have a family member buried in the cemetery of this town.

We are looking travel from Finland to St Petersburg for the day in early December....2 motorhomes, 5people, all UK residents BUT 2 have American passports.

We will be arriving Moscow in the early morning at the Kazanksky train station. The following day we will be going to Valimir on the Sapsan, which seems to run from the Kursky station. We are leaving for St Pete from the Leningradsky station. So what would be a convenient place for a hotel to minimize inconvenience?

I will be in Kamchatka soon and will spend 3 weeks. This is my second trip to Russia. Few years back I visited Moscow and St Petersburg for 1 week.
Are there some budget / cheap accommodations available in Kamchatka ? I arrive at PKC airport at 18:30 and so need to stay close to airport for night.
Can I book any trip(s) after reaching Kamchatka ? Or do I need to make arrangement in advance ?

I need advice on how to get lactose-free and milk-protein-free meals. My girlfriend is intolerant to both products. While not allergic, the intolerance she has is proven to be quite troublesome. For this reason we have to rent when possible kitchen-ready flats when going on holiday abroad.
