Just a warning for people planning to book tickets on the trans-siberian routes. I haven't had this problem myself but have learnt of it when researching tickets agencies for these trains. The agency which used to be known as Connectrussia.net is now operating as Intergroup, and is on the waytorussia website as one of their three trusted and recomended operators for tickets. having seen people who had trouble with an Alexander at connectrussia i checked up on the Alexander who had responded to my inforamtion request through the waytorussia enquiry service, and found that the new company Intergroup is the same as the old one connectrussia.net, many people have had trouble with this agency, don't use it.

I book a ticket on the TransMongolian through WayToRussia which redirect me to InterGroup.
I have to say that I am completly satisfied. Intergroup reply to all my messages the next day, and when I buy the ticket they told me that the ticket will be ready for delivery within end of April, in fact they advised me on the 23/04 that the ticket was ready and sent me a scan of the ticket by email.
When I make the reservation I have seen on the forum of WayToRussia site they were some bad comments abt InterGroup (Alexander) but decided to proceed and the result is here.
When you say "many people have had trouble with this agency, don't use it." is coming from your personal experience or what?

No as i say in my original post it is not my personal experience, but why sould that matter, I spent ages looking into the Russian agencies to find out which were legit and found many many people who had very bad experiences with this agency and so thought I would let others know that a lot of people had been ripped of, and if not ripped of were unhappy with the service.Why did you proceed with Intergroup when other agencies have had no bad reveiws and are the same price Svezhy Veter, it seems odd....

# 2 Yes your post were the ones I refered in my previous post. But you have had 2 experiences with Alexander. The first one was OK, and you decided to go again with him for a new train reservation which got you some troubles. But what you never write is if at the end you get your ticket or not?
#13 it seems very strange to me to refer on this site some comments made in another forum by someone, which you have not experienced by yourself. You say "many people" "a lot of people" but you refer only the comments made by "danbrew" and so far it's only one people. You never refer that the same "danbrew" has had a previous positive experience.And at least put the site address where you read the comments in order that ebery body might read the comments by themself.
As said before, I was aware of the bad comments from "danbrew" and make my own research but still decided to go forward, and speak frankly with Alexander (see below thw email I sent him).
