I generally recommend nevsky88.com. They advertise that they are the cheapest on the internet and this would appear to be the case. I have never heard any complaints about them.
BTW I hope that you are aware that new rules for Russian visas make it impossible to use a multiple entry business visa to remain in Russia for more than 90 days at a time. You must leave Russia within 90 days of entry or face getting a black mark in your passport which would prevent you from reentering Russia again within at least 5 years if ever.
If you want to stay longer than 90 days, you need have a residence permit or a work permit.

You could spend hours searching the internet and contacting companies to find a company that is cheaper for a business invitation but in the end I don't think that you will save more than a couple of euro. Is your time worth anything? If so, then just order it from nevsky88 assuming that they are less than the other company you found.
Residence permits are generally obtained if you have a work permit or if you are the spouse of someone who resides legally in Russia.
Papers needed to marry will depend upon where you decide to get married. If you want to marry in Russia I suggest that you contact your embassy in Moscow and ask them.
