I don't think there are flights on a such route by now. But Vladivostok avia plans on setting up one:

Regarding train travel from Irkutsk to Khabarovsk and then on to Vladivostok, there are many trains including the #1/2 Rossiya. I would suggest using the following sites:
Your Train - CIS train schedule
Russian Train Site This site is in Russian but it is available in in English RZD Eng for a limited number of cities and then it leads you to the Russian only pages.
