I use google translate, and find a lot of nice places, but anyone use them?

airbnb is better for Russia?

This are russian airbnb)
I am sure this options on the site are real, but as there are no reviews so i dont know whether it looks the same in reality.
Russians also use Ostrovok to book and komandirovka for business trips and searching hotels/appartments.
