Hi

Does anybody know if they sell beer in Luzniki stadium during football games ??
We are going to see Spartak against Dynamo next weekend.

No they don't.
Tea, coffee and soft drinks is all you'll find. Don't get caught by security trying to smuggle it in either.
Also be careful you don't appear drunk when entering. I have even heard of people being refused admission because they had alcohol on their breath!

A place in Russia they don't sell beer? Are you sure Trebor123? In Russia beer is considered a soft drink and I have a had time believing that Russians in any place enforce a strict no-alcohol policy.

I'm absolutely positive. I was Luzniki stadium for the Russia v England match.
There is a serious problem here in Russia with holliganism just as in the rest of Europe. No alchohol sold at football matches and they are strict. You even get searched at some high profile games.
