Just booked three nights at this hostel in Mocow and ordered my visa invitation. anyone got any info on the place (please tell me their reliable)

I have emailed Godzillas 3 times as well as sent them a message via their reservation page to see if they would accept delivery of Trans-Mongolian tickets. After a couple of weeks of trying to contact them I have not heard back which makes me think that they are not all that reliable

i always ring any place im choosing
i never trust anything via the internet
sure it can still fall through into a shambles ( like it did for us one fine day in prague where we were placed in a sister hotel to hotel antik but were not advised and spent hours searching!)
so ring godzillas and speak to a body-sure it costs but its peace of mind
