Hi. I will be flying from Helsinki to Dushanbe on Pulkovo (Rossiya). As we will be going for the long haul I will need to take a lot of baggage. Pulkovo has a 20kg limit, and my question is whether anyone knows how much they charge at St. Petersburg for excess. I got no help from the airline website or from their rep in Helsinki.

One online account says it's under US$1 per kilo which sounds dandy. Anyone know for sure?
