Woulda 3 day bus pass in Warsaw allow me to travel to the Frederyk Chopin Airport? Also is it possible to buy the pass at the airport? Where? And can I use a credit card to buy it?

Yes, the airport is in zone 1, so a 3 day pass for 16 zł will be fine for you (there's also a more expensive 3 day pass valid for both the urban zone 1 and suburban zone 2, but it's rarely useful for tourists). There are ticket machines at the airport, on the way from the terminals to the bus stops. They accept credit cards.
