In Mestia, there were a change of plans and I went to the Ustba Hotel in Becho. If was a flaspacker weekend. A bit more expensive than my average accommodation but with two strong reasons at its favour:
- Situation. River Dolra upstream until there aren't more houses.
- Richard, the manager, really knows the meaning of service. Apart of this its a natural born mountaineer. We combined trekking and telemark. Other people chose horse riding, climbing... And the food was excellent in every moment.

Last Friday, I took the old MI-8 to Mestia, 50 lari. Dirty cheap, taking in count the point of view. If they had known how we enjoyed the price would have gone up. I recommended it without any doubt. My first commercial copter flight. More noisy than a Airbus but much less than the others I've flought in.

1. Where is the best place to exchange money?
2. Is it worth time to look for the best place or are they almost the same rates (banks, hotels, booths?)
3. Is the black market favourable?

Does somebody knows how to go from the Isani metro station in Tbilisi to the Ortachala bus station (also in Tbilisi)?

The idea being to go from Sighnaghi to Yerevan in one day.

Anyone know where Kafe Lotus is? Does it still exist? Seems like it should be on Tavisuplebis Moedani, but I couldn't see it this morning. Any other recommendations for vegetarian food in Tbilisi, apart from khachapuris?

Any sugestion about hostels and similars there? I'll arrive next week. time has arrive for booking. After watching the weather forecasting, it sound reasonable take the path to Ushguli soon and come back to Tbilisi with more time.

I'm planing a travel to Georgia & Armenia with my big private caravan.
Does anybody know about campsites in those nations Where I can park my caravan and sleep in?
Are there any campsites around Tbilisi , Gori , in Georgia & around lake sevan , Yerevan , Vanadzor , Dilijan , Harazdan in Armenia? If so , can anybody give me details about the campsites?
If there is not campsites , does anybody know about parks or gas stations where I can park my caravan and sleep in?
