how's the weather like in late Oct?

how's the weather like in the mountain places? and also Tbilisi?
I have a holiday so sudden that I would make my trip to Georgia finally.
But not sure the weather like in late Oct, I have 10 days there, from Oct 16 to 27

Quite cold in mountain areas, not so much in Tbilisi.

In the mountains, the weather can possibly be extremely bad, so you must come well equipped.

I know you're here now and probably don't have internet. But I got back from Mestia today and the weather was great. I wore a tank top the whole way (except in the mornings and at night). About 400m pass the Cross, the ground was covered with snow though (but it was still warm) so maybe wear proper shoes.
